Job Summary

• This role is a hands-on performance leader responsible for personally designing, building, and delivering high-quality portfolio performance reporting and insights across a national, multi-jurisdiction self-insured workers’ compensation program.
• The Lead will work closely with DXC and customer leadership to shape priorities, while directly producing the reports, dashboards, and insights that drive financial performance, operational consistency, and improved injured worker outcomes.
