The Grind Development Manufacturing Technician is expected to work with little or no technical direction and therefore must make technical decisions in mainly the grind areas of fixturing, tooling, set-up, inspection methods, processing, fabrication, and sequencing at the machine level.
As a Grind Development Manufacturing Technician, you will interpret complex drawings, sketches, EPs, and operation sheets and program, set up, and run CNC grind equipment as well as manual/conventional grind and lap equipment with minimal supervision or guidance.
