  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
  • 12+ years IC or mission support experience
  • 7+ years leading DoD or IC capture efforts
  • Deep understanding of IC procurement processes
  • Experience with OTA and CSO acquisition strategies

Nice-to-have

  • Strong ability to translate mission needs
  • Excellent communication with senior stakeholders
  • Ability to operate independently in matrixed org
  • Familiarity with key IC contract vehicles
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • Top Secret Clearance with Polygraph
  • U.S. Citizenship required per ITAR
