Key Requirements

  • HHA 75 Hour Certificate or Current CNA State License
  • Valid CPR, OSHA, HIV/AIDS, HIPAA, Alzheimer's, Domestic Violence Certificates
  • Minimum 1+ year experience supporting individuals with disabilities or mental illnesses
  • Valid in-state driver's license with no more than 2 points in last 3 years
  • Personal vehicle liability insurance with 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits
  • Pass Tuberculosis (TB) screening
