Key Requirements
Minimum 13+ years of professional experience in IT and Consulting
Minimum 5+ years of experience in designing large-scale enterprise solution architecture (CRM)
Minimum 5+ years of demonstrated leadership experience managing project/program delivery
Architectural knowledge equivalent to Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA)
Demonstrated experience with AI Agents and automation integration
Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies
