The Assistant Property Manager supports the Property Manager in managing all aspects of a single property or portfolio of commercial, industrial, or retail properties.
Essential duties include reviewing vendor invoices, preparing monthly reports, coordinating tenant move-ins, and ensuring emergency response plans are ready.
This position is 100% in-office in Denver, CO, requiring daily travel to assigned properties and availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays as necessary.
