Job Summary

  • The Technician will have a key role giving support to engineering teams with capacity studies and continuous improvement for new products.
  • Develop improvements oriented to lean manufacturing principles for new processes, and manage changes related to them.
  • This position reports to the Principal NPI Process Excellence Engineer / NPI Process Excellence Manager and interacts with site functions such as Operations, Quality, Engineering, Facilities, Microbiology, and EHS.
