Job Summary

  • Responsible for administering the agency’s internal capabilities and expertise in the implementation of benefits administration and HRIS technology systems for our clients.
  • The goal is to create a continuously better enrollment experience for members with greater ease of administration for employers and our internal service teams.
  • Teach and train employer and service team users to effectively utilize the system and deploy as much of the system’s capabilities as appropriate in each client situation.

  • Associate's Degree or equivalent experience
  • State Life & Health License or ability to obtain
