World Vision Bangladesh is seeking a Gender Equality, Disability & Social Inclusion (GEDSI) Specialist to lead the integration of GEDSI principles in their Rohingya Crisis Response programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in gender equality, disability inclusion, and social inclusion programming, along with a strong background in policy analysis and advocacy.

Job Summary
The GEDSI Specialist provides technical leadership to ensure the effective integration of Gender Equality, Disability, and Social Inclusion (GEDSI) across all phases of program design, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation within World Vision Bangladesh’s Rohingya Crisis Response.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic technical leadership on GEDSI integration, supporting resource mobilization and proposal development, building staff capacity, managing knowledge and learning, and engaging in advocacy, networking, and policy analysis.

Key Requirements
Master’s degree in relevant field
Minimum 5 years professional experience
Experience in humanitarian or development contexts
Demonstrated policy analysis, research, and advocacy experience
