Job Summary

  • Support the rating and valuation processes for a range of commercial properties, with a focus on office assets, by gathering market data, analysing comparables, and assisting in the preparation of reports and documentation.
  • Conduct property and market research using platforms such as CoStar and office agency websites, and identify and analyse comparable properties and transaction data.
  • Assist in applying internal rating models and valuation frameworks to commercial real estate assets and collate key documents including lease abstracts, floor plans, rent rolls, and financial statements.
