Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Massachusetts pharmacy licensure eligibility
Critical care clinical pharmacy experience
Multidisciplinary team collaboration skills
Patient-centered medication therapy management
ACLS and BLS certification maintenance
Nice-to-have
Board certification in relevant specialty
ASHP-accredited PGY1 and PGY2 residency
Experience with chemotherapy and parenteral nutrition
Strong teaching and preceptorship abilities
Commitment to quality improvement initiatives
Key Requirements
Eligible for Massachusetts pharmacy licensure
Board certification preferred (required within 18 months)
PGY1 and PGY2 Critical Care Residency preferred
Maintain ACLS and BLS certifications
Active participation in hospital committees and task forces
