Job Summary

  • The Service Line Director is responsible for strategic leadership, program development and evaluation, operations and financial performance, patient experience, and the continuous improvement of the service line.
  • This position will lead and support several clinical departments, diagnostic services, inpatient, and outpatient settings across the disease continuum in several locations across 5 states.
  • The Service Line Director plays a pivotal role in unifying cardiac clinical operations across Primary Children’s Hospital and the University of Utah, aligning practice, culture, and strategy to deliver integrated, high quality care and improve the lives of children and families across the region.

Salary

Base: $67.41 - $104.06/hour; Bonus/Equity: Annual Pay for Performance (AP4P) Plan; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package
