Job Summary

  • Contributes to an exceptional resident experience by ensuring all aspects of the appearance of the community are presented to the proper standards.
  • Performs repairs and minor redecoration and assists with resident enquiries and parcel management, delivering a varied and rewarding role.
  • Conducts weekly internal PPMs as directed such as flushing, fire alarm testing and emergency lights in line with health and safety policies.
