Job Summary
The primary purpose of your job position is to provide each of your assigned residents with routine daily care and services in accordance with the resident’s assessment and care plan, and as may be directed by your supervisors.
You will be responsible for recording all entries on notes, SPAs, and incident reports in an informative, descriptive manner and reporting all accidents and incidents observed on the shift they occur.
Essential duties include assisting residents with daily functions such as bathing, dressing, hair care, nail care, and bowel/bladder functions, as well as maintaining intake and output records and keeping incontinent residents clean and dry.
