Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, life sciences, or engineering
3–5 years direct healthcare sales experience
2+ years cardiology structural heart/heart failure preferred
Track record of ≥100% quota achievement for 2 consecutive years
Experience opening 3–5+ net-new accounts per year
Strong understanding of payor and insurance reimbursement
Recent launch experience leading 2–3 program launches per year
