Job Summary

  • The IP Team provides comprehensive support on all aspects concerning Intellectual Property Rights, serving as a trusted advisor to R&D, business units, and senior management worldwide.
  • Your main responsibilities include IP legal support for European and German subsidy and funding programs, contracting matters, supporting IP defense matters in Europe, and providing day-to-day IP counseling.
  • You will partner with and advise NXP Business, R&D and CTO teams on all matters concerning intellectual property, while also contributing to IP creation through patent application drafting and prosecution.
