Notion is seeking a Commercial Sales Manager for its Seoul office, responsible for leading a team of Account Executives to build sales pipelines, generate revenue, and enhance customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in sales leadership within the software industry and a strong desire to thrive in a collaborative, innovative environment

Job Summary

  • Lead a team of Account Executives who handles full cycle sales activities, including prospecting/building pipeline, developing new potential accounts, expanding existing customers, and renewing an install base.
  • Own the strategy and execution of your team’s territory, including how the team maximizes the revenue it is generating and retaining.
  • Work with cross functional partners to build playbooks and define our sales motion and liaise with our incredible user base to provide world class customer experience.
