Job Summary
The CDS Business System Owner is accountable for shaping, delivering, and sustaining the business vision, strategy, and value realization of Empower, Openlab CDS, and Chromeleon across TDS laboratories.
This role owns the end-to-end Chromatography Data system landscape, ensuring architectural consistency, regulatory compliance, and adoption across sites and functions.
The successful candidate will be a proactive and effective problem solver who is intellectually curious and has a strong interest in data and how it supports the development of innovative, life-saving treatments.

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharma or related
Minimum 8 years industry experience in pharmaceutical or biotech
Experience with Empower, Openlab CDS, and Chromeleon preferred
Knowledge of GMP regulations and GAMP/SDLC requirements
Experience in Synthetics Pharmaceutical Development preferred
