This is a highly visible, and strategic opportunity to support a critical line of business with implementing comprehensive and complex human capital initiatives.
In partnership with members of the Human Resources (HR) Centers of Excellence, this Senior Lead Human Resources Business Partner will ensure application of Human Resources programs and initiatives to meet the objectives of the enterprise and maintain strong customer, employee, stakeholder and regulatory satisfaction.
The role requires exceptional consulting, influencing, and cross-functional leadership skills, including leading through influence and managing complex initiatives.
