  • This position oversees all Stewarding functions, responsible for inventory of all china, glass, silver and serving equipment.
  • The role involves staffing and supervision of all plate-up and delivery of all food for prospective functions, as well as set-up and breakdown of all Banquet buffets.
  • The position requires being hands-on with excessive interaction with staff and customers during events, and maintaining a Health Department score of 90 or higher.
