Key Requirements
AA or Certificate in gerontology, social services, business administration or similar
At least 20 hours of continued education in aging and dementia care
Prior memory care management experience
Prior management or supervisory experience
Prior experience working with persons with dementia
Caregiver Certification
Current First Aid Certification
Solid PC skills and Microsoft Office Suite familiarity
Excellent communication skills
Basic math skills
Ability to make independent decisions
Ability to deal tactfully and professionally
Ability to lead and coordinate care
Basic knowledge of Alzheimer’s disease and related dementia
