Job Summary

  • Provide independent legal support in all legal matters for Aquila Capital, with a focus on commercial and contract law, particularly advising on renewable energy, real estate, and infrastructure projects.
  • Independently draft, review, and negotiate national and international contracts and documentation for renewable energy projects, including SPAs, EPC contracts, and service agreements.
  • Advise and train specialist and management personnel on legal issues, acting as an interface between specialist departments and external consultants.
