Job Summary

• The Strategic Partnership Representative is responsible for managing a group of strategic accounts for BTIS, consisting of national cluster agencies, digital partners, wholesalers/aggregators, large producing Agencies, and partnerships with high growth potential.
• Essential duties include managing senior-level relationships, driving production across all lines of business through phone meetings and in-person visits, conducting training webinars, assisting with new product launches, and negotiating commission incentives and production goals.
• The role requires meeting production goals for the assigned territory, developing new potential Strategic Partnerships, and collaborating with the BTIS leadership team to enhance customer user experience.
