  • You will support the Compensation & Benefits function while also driving cross-functional HR initiatives, gaining hands-on experience in annual compensation cycles, HR data analytics, system maintenance, and HR project management.
  • Key responsibilities include assisting with annual HR campaigns, consolidating and analyzing large datasets, generating compensation reports, and managing employee inquiries.
  • The role also involves supporting HR communications, maintaining HRIS data, assisting with HR project tracking, and identifying process improvements.
