Job Summary
As an accomplished Systems Engineer with a strong background in end-to-end new product development programs and successful launches, you will play the role of Backlog Elaboration Team Lead being at the forefront of leading Roche Tissue Diagnostics’ design & development programs.
You will facilitate and improve Backlog Elaboration by leading backlog elaboration meetings, ensuring they are productive and owning the project’s backlog elaboration WiKi site.
This role is a stepping stone to technical leadership and co-facilitating PI Planning, so a desire to grow beyond an individual contributor role is vital.
