  • Scrum Master experience in Agile environment
  • Facilitate Scrum and Kanban ceremonies
  • Manage product backlog with Product Owners
  • Remove impediments for cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency with Jira or Rally tools

  • Experience with Generative AI initiatives
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
  • Background in insurance domain knowledge
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Business Administration
  • PMP, CSPO, CSM, or equivalent certification required
  • Proven experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager
  • Must be primarily in-office based on New Jersey location
