Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking an EMEA Senior Practical Process Improvement (PPI) Manager who will lead transformational change and continuous improvement initiatives across the region. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in lean management and a proven track record in driving productivity and operational excellence

Job Summary

  • Drive transformational change and continuous improvement across the region by leading the deployment of the PPI Business System.
  • Partner closely with business leaders to strengthen lean management practices that enable profitable growth, enhance customer experience, and improve employee engagement.
  • Collaborate across multiple AIG divisions and work closely with the global PPI team, contributing to the sharing of best practices and alignment of continuous improvement efforts at scale.

Key Requirements

  • Advanced Degree plus 6 years of experience or Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of experience

  • Proven ability to collaborate with Directors and senior leaders
  • Experience leading change initiatives in a matrix organisation
