Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Operation of light, medium and heavy equipment
Use welding equipment or learn procedures
Sets up equipment including jigs
Cleans and maintains workstation
Perform all work in accordance with safety procedures
Nice-to-have
Team oriented communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks
Adapt to shifting priorities
Work individually as well as in a team
Key Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
Prior forklift and operator experience a plus
Beginning level experience in MIG welding
Ability to obtain and operate mobile equipment
Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds frequently
