Employees must report all changes in resident condition, accidents, incidents, and suspected violations of privacy to the Health and Wellness Director or Executive Director promptly.
The role requires assisting residents with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, feeding, and mobility while maintaining strict confidentiality of protected health information.

Must-have
Assist residents with daily hygiene functions
Report changes in resident condition immediately

Perform lifting and moving of residents safely
Document care entries in PCC system

Cooperate effectively with inter-departmental personnel
Demonstrate patience with disoriented or comatose residents
Key Requirements
High school education or equivalent required
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite products required
Training on specific care tasks and equipment required
