Job Summary
The Lead PCC will provide training and support for all Practice Patient Care Coordinators to facilitate high levels of patient, provider, and employee engagement.
This role involves researching and resolving Patient Account issues and providing background for patient complaints to the Manager.
The employee is expected to work independently and within a team on special projects and coordinate multiple aspects of complex activities.
