Job Summary

  • The Regional Industrial Engineering Manager will be responsible for planning, designing, implementing, and managing integrated, productions and service delivery systems that assure performance, reliability, maintainability, schedule adherence and cost control within the region.
  • Establish and clearly communicate all Industrial Engineering strategies for the region and individual sites, ensuring the standardization of Jabil processes and data within Jabil systems.
  • Provide Industrial Engineering training, mentoring, and education throughout the region, supporting the Lean organization by developing a solid process foundation and data integrity.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Industrial Engineering or Manufacturing Engineering
  • At least 8 years of working experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of managerial experience
  • Lean Silver Certificate or Six Sigma Black Belt preferred
  • MS in Industrial Engineering or MBA preferred
