Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for all Generalist functions within the Meadows of Dan, VA plant value streams, to include recruiting, employee relations, compensation administration, benefits administration, and compliance.
  • Play a vital role in realizing the corporate commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion by developing and improving diversity representation.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4+ years of progressive, professional level experience in Human Resources
  • Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures
  • Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment law
  • Strong computer skills and experience managing HR Management Systems
  • Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S.
