Job Summary

  • This role will support multiple business units (IT, Commercial Operations and our National teams) with a strong focus on partnering with to deliver niche IT hiring.
  • You’ll support end-to-end recruitment and proactive sourcing, partnering closely with hiring leaders to shape role briefs, advise on the market, and build sustainable talent pipelines.
  • This is an opportunity to join a team that’s building a strong, modern talent function, where you’ll have the autonomy to shape sourcing approaches, test new ideas, and make a visible impact across the Co-op.
