Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) preferred
10+ years of progressive leadership experience
Proven experience leading end-to-end network or infrastructure programs
Robust negotiation and vendor management experience
Strong understanding of wireless engineering fundamentals
Demonstrated experience with budget ownership, financial modeling, and ROI analysis
