Salary
Pay Range: $68–$70/hour BOE
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Current California OT license required
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy
Supervise COTAs and therapy aides
Develop individualized treatment plans
Accurate medical documentation skills
Nice-to-have
Experience in skilled nursing facility preferred
Proficiency with Net Health and PointClickCare
Master's or Doctorate degree preferred
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs with assistance
Key Requirements
Current Occupational Therapist license in California
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy
CPR certification if required by facility
Continuing education compliance per state regulations
