  • This HR Generalist role supports the Brand Advocate organization within Online Merchandising and partners closely with fast-paced, senior-level leaders.
  • The role requires strong Associate Relations (AR) judgment in ambiguous and high-visibility situations, the ability to influence and push back thoughtfully with leaders, and comfort managing multiple, competing HR priorities with minimal direction.
  • Key Responsibilities include utilizing data to identify trends, assisting with talent management, coordinating with talent acquisition, coaching business on HR resources, counseling leaders on organizational decisions, and resolving associate relations issues.
