Must-have
Cisco and Nokia IP network expertise
Network design and implementation
Network automation with Python, Bash, or PowerShell
Incident response and troubleshooting
Enterprise-scale LAN, WAN, and Wi-Fi infrastructure
Network monitoring tools experience
Network security principles and methodologies
Nice-to-have
Agile methodologies and DevOps experience
Experience with Kubernetes and Docker
Familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure, OCI, Google
Vendor management and SLA compliance
Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Experience with CI/CD and DevSecOps
Ability to work independently and self-directed
Key Requirements
4+ years experience with Cisco and Nokia IP networks
Related university degree or two-year technical diploma
Experience with Nokia SR OS-based platforms
Knowledge of advanced network protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, etc.)
Relevant Cisco and/or Nokia certifications considered assets
Experience with ITIL processes and service ticketing systems
Ability to undergo security screening and criminal records check
