Job Summary

• The purpose of this role is to oversee teams of delivery resources within a vertical/small grouping of verticals based on defined span of control and ensure good outcomes for our clients, the business and our client teams.
• Drive resolution of cross-functional blockers and escalated issues, serve as primary project sponsor maintaining C-level and senior stakeholder relationships, and lead quarterly business reviews (QBRs) presenting outcomes, value delivered, and strategic recommendations.

• 8+ years leading complex technology programs
• Proven experience as executive sponsor
• Experience managing multi-million dollar programs
• Demonstrated success leading QBRs
• Experience leading, developing, and evaluating senior team members
• Exceptional ability to build trusted advisor relationships
• Deep understanding of Adobe Experience Platform (AEP)
