Key Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related technical field
7+ years of experience in maintenance, reliability, or engineering
Experience in a manufacturing, biopharma, or highly regulated environment
Experience implementing predictive or condition-based maintenance programs
Experience in a global or multi-site, matrixed organization
