Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • 6+ years commercial real estate sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
  • Strong relationship building with institutional clients
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in capital markets or financial sales

Nice-to-have

  • 3+ years experience with large CRE owners
  • Exposure to auction platforms or disposition sales
  • Demonstrated experience supporting sales teams
  • Advanced degree in Business or Real Estate
  • Passion for leveraging professional networks

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 6+ years in CRE sales or business development
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
  • Eligible to work full-time in the United States
  • Satisfactory completion of driving record check
