Base: zł116,200 PLN - zł174,200 PLN; Bonus/Equity: May be eligible for Workday Bonus Plan or commission/bonus, annual stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package

Execute end-to-end renewal process
Prepare renewal quotes and order forms
Conduct negotiations on standard renewal facets
Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting
Resolve commercial roadblocks
Adhere to internal best practices

Leveraging automation or AI-powered tools
Key Requirements
3+ years in customer facing Sales, Renewals, Customer Support, or similar
Proven experience handling high-volume portfolio
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Strong proficiency with Salesforce and CPQ tools
Advanced ability to manipulate data in Excel/Sheets
Experience with objection handling and commercial negotiations
