  • The Facility Manager will be the single point of contact responsible for facilities management, assisting the Senior Facility Manager with the delivery of quality facility management services.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years industry experience
  • 3+ years managing project requirements
  • Associates degree
  • Bachelor’s degree or combination of education and experience
  • 7+ years of industry experience preferred
  • FMP or CFM preferred
  • Experience with ISO 14001:2015 Standards is preferred
  • Experience with Google platform
  • Computer proficiency in CMMS
  • Matrix manage both technical and administrative staff
  • Oversee multiple facilities of different functions
  • Supervise vendor performance during normal and off hours including weekends when necessary
  • Possess strong written, verbal and people skills
  • Strong collaborative management style
