Job Summary
The primary purpose of this role is to be a site change agent responsible for driving improvement through all functions of the Plant Leadership Team.
The successful candidate will lead the annual Hoshin Planning process to identify site breakthrough opportunities and create a transformation plan for world-class operational performance.

Base: $134,000 - $147,400; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program supporting pay-for-performance; Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and paid time off
