Job Summary
The Fulfillment Pharmacist II works according to legal and ethical guidelines to ensure the correct and safe supply of prescriptions and supplies to Specialty Pharmacy patients.
They provide patient centered care including, but not limited to: oversight, monitoring, preparation, dispensing, and proper documentation of patient medication therapy.
Ensures safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adheres to all Memorial Hermann policies, procedures, and standards within budgetary specifications including time management, supply management, productivity and quality of service.
