Job Summary
The client utilities Intern will act as a bridge between technical utility operations and customer-facing service teams, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction, supporting project delivery, and improving service processes.
Tasks include attending pre-planning meetings, site visits, pre and post conference meetings, and conference calls, and working with the convention and visitor Bureau and internal leaders on event estimation for future business.
Assist our Finance manager in building spreadsheets and other data for review as part of a program to improve efficiency and review and research other facilities as part of an ongoing process of staying competitive.
