Job Summary

  • Customer Service Assistant is responsible for attending to inquiries/feedback/requests/complaints from shoppers and tenants tactfully and in a timely manner.
  • Your role includes but not limited to communication with shoppers and tenants in person or via phone call, ensuring all customer facilities are in good working condition and maintained at high standard of cleanliness, and conducting internal daily floor checks.
  • We are seeking a Customer Service Assistant to join our team and offer a permanent position with 22 days annual leave per year plus 3 days of wellbeing leave, medical, dental and inpatient coverage for self and dependant, and access to online wellbeing and mental health platform.
