Provide leadership for a team of engineering managers in the support of multiple, complex product lines or processes at a manufacturing site and set the standards of practice for all engineering functions.
Ensure all engineering activities and related technical support functions across the site are managed in support of ongoing production activities and in adoption of new operational or technological innovations.

10 years in technical management positions
