  • Provide leadership for a team of engineering managers in the support of multiple, complex product lines or processes at a manufacturing site and set the standards of practice for all engineering functions.
  • Ensure all engineering activities and related technical support functions across the site are managed in support of ongoing production activities and in adoption of new operational or technological innovations.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
  • 15 years of engineering/technical support roles
  • 10 years in technical management positions
  • Track record in production environments
  • Experience managing teams for Manufacturing Excellence and Lean practices
  • Green Belt certification or equivalent
  • Formal training in problem-solving analysis
  • Demonstrated financial acumen
