  • Responsible for the analysis of product, process, equipment and method issues at designated stages of product development and manufacturing.
  • Position will require hands on floor support for battery cell manufacturing to include daily inline inspections, process audits and documentation compliance to ensure product meets desired specifications.

Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Quality Systems and CAPA experience
  • Hands on floor support for battery manufacturing
  • Statistical process control (SPC) methods
  • Root Cause Analysis tools
  • Documentation control and quality system processes

Nice-to-have

  • Experience with computed tomography (CT Scanning)
  • Metallurgical mount preparation and analysis
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing/6 Sigma/Kaizen
  • Strong CAPA implementation skills
  • Ability to operate Keyence measuring systems

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • Minimum 2 years related experience
  • US Citizenship with ability to attain/maintain government security clearance
  • Ability to travel approximately +/-10%
