This role serves as the primary technical liaison for European customers, providing on-site installation, setup, and ongoing support for MicroAire surgical equipment.
The position requires maintaining strict compliance with FDA and EU MDR regulations while documenting all service activities and adverse events accurately.
Candidates will partner closely with International Sales, Quality, and Engineering teams to deliver consistent, high-quality customer experiences across the region.

Key Requirements

Must live near an international airport in Germany or Netherlands
60% travel requirement with flexible schedule availability
