  • Manage a team of circa 175+ FTE’s responsible for diverse and complex portfolio across Wholesale Lending Operations, supporting multiple aspects of the loan lifecycle from origination through to ongoing servicing.
  • As a key strategic leadership role within Wholesale Lending Operations, enable and be accountable for the commercial success of the operations division, leading the support for aspects of the loan lifecycle infrastructure including vision, strategy, and roadmap.
  • Act as an influential commercial leader responsible for leading the strategic vision such as deeper domain expertise and operational efficiency for the franchise, working closely with functional partners to communicate the plan with senior business stakeholders.
